Appointments can be made online, by phone, or at our location. 1.2. Cancellations require at least 3 hours’ notice. 1.3. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in delays or rescheduling. 2. Services & Pricing 2.1. All services depend on availability and weather conditions. 2.2. Final pricing may change based on vehicle condition (e.g. heavy dirt, pet hair, stains). 2.3. Additional charges will always be discussed with you before we proceed. 3. Payments 3.1. We accept cards, mobile payments, and cash. 3.2. Payment is due before or immediately after your service. 3.3. Refunds are not provided once a service is completed, unless we fail to deliver what was promised. 4. Responsibility & Liability 4.1. MirrorRide is not responsible for existing damage or valuables left in the vehicle. 4.2. Please remove personal belongings and notify staff of any concerns before the wash. 4.3. We are not liable for natural wear, aging materials, or pre-existing defects. 5. Behavior & Safety 5.1. We may refuse service to any vehicle or customer if safety or hygiene is a concern. 5.2. Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in denied service. 6. Privacy 6.1. Customer data is collected only for operational purposes and never shared without consent. 6.2.
