Refund Policy – MirrorRide Car Wash At MirrorRide, we aim to deliver outstanding car wash services and complete customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking. 1. Service Refunds We do not offer cash refunds for completed services. However: If you are unsatisfied with the result, please notify us within 24 hours of your visit. We will offer a re-wash or service correction, free of charge, where appropriate. 2. Missed or Canceled Appointments Same-day cancellations (less than 3 hours before the appointment) may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged the full service price. If you prepaid and did not show up without notice, your payment will not be refunded. 3. Subscriptions (if applicable) If you have a monthly car wash subscription: You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds are issued for unused days. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. 4. Gift Cards All gift card purchases are final.
